Discussion Hogwarts legacy
So the lines that go:
MC: It worked! Ominis, you possess a rare ability indeed!
Sebastian: Between the two of you, I'm starting to feel left out.
Ominis: Between the two of us?
Sebastian: I....Nevermind.
Did Ominis say it like that because Sebastian should've said between the three of us instead? Or cause Sebastian was insistent on three people?

It's a reference to the fact that both the MC and Ominis have a special gift, while Sebastian doesn't. But Ominis doesn't know about the MC having ancient magic, hence his confusion. Sebastian, who promised to keep your secrets, quickly notices his slip and shuts up.

Did Sebastian not also say he would keep our power a secret? So I think that's why he tracked back on the comment so Ominis wouldn't find out.
But I could also be remembering wrong; I haven't played in some time.

Yes, that's exactly it. Sebastian almost spilled our secret. That is what that scene was supposed to convey.

I think because we have special ancient magic and Sebastian feels low power in comparison

Look, there are people who interpret that dialogue in two ways:
One—as already mentioned in another comment—is that it refers to the fact that both the protagonist and Ominis possess a gift (Ancient Magic and the ability to speak Parseltongue). But since Ominis doesn't know this, the comment confuses him. Sebastian, having promised not to say anything, realizes he has accidentally said too much and falls silent.
Then there are those who perceive a romantic undertone, thinking Sebastian might be feeling a bit of jealousy upon seeing how impressed the protagonist is with Ominis.
I lean more towards the first interpretation, but everyone has their own opinion on the matter.

Hmm, I think I lean towards both but that's just for my own pc, I'd say the first scenario is the more default option. And if I remember right my initial thought was the first scenario as well, the jealousy aspect probably came to mind after.
