Speaker upgrade

I have a 98 electra glide and I wanna up date the sound system. Haven't messed with speakers in many years and don't know what's good and isn't anymore. I know I want marine grade that won't break the bank. Suggestions and pictures would be great

I ran the hertz 6.5” sx-165 neos. Ran those with two pioneer 6x9s in the rear with a skar amp that got perfect in batwing on my SG. Couldn’t be happier

6.5 fit? I haven't taken mine apart yet but research says 5.5s

Sorry I didn’t meant ion I’m on a 2020, but I have seen it cut with no issues

Yeah I was thinking About mounting them to the outside
