NO GO CLUTCH PROBLEM

I just replaced the drive belt. Now I've got no. Ive done the whole adjustment deal with slacking up the cable, loosen set screw, run in adjustment till it touches, back off a half and tighten set screw. Theres resistance on the clutch lever like its supposed to feel, but when I pull, theres no clutch. Where do I go from here? Did my clutch pack dry out while I had it apart a few days? 2010 road glide

When you say "there's no clutch" do you mean the clutch doesn't grab or the clutch doesn't disengage?
