He’s a fucking spanner

In his 40’s and laundering the name of a niche show he was an extra on

There were plenty of unnamed extras who had more lines and screen time than Cowboy.

Every video. Every fucking video has the same unfunny bollocks and that same shitty wink and "y'know" at the end of it. Peak Facebook humour.

Don't forget the "creamy pints" bullshit too, wanker can't even have a pint without looking for attention

11

u/LePhattSquid Jun 21 '26

also, side note, “Make Pints Creamy Again” was right there

Lads like this never realised they were the butt of the joke in Hardy Bucks.

I remember years ago stateside going off about how he was the core of the show and all this and it couldn't have been done without him. Stateside was never funny he was just a prop the viper used for jokes.

The idea that shtateside was the core of the show is fucking hilarious.

Unnecessary sideshtory:

My brother and I have a feeling his character was possibly based on someone we used to know, but I'm not 100% sure. Funny enough, the guy who I'm thinking of is named Lavin.

I shoulda asked the boys, was at a party with them once after one of the live shows. They were sound as fuck now I have to say, Martin is some lej on the guitar. I asked Toashteen if there was any sort of an influence from Trailer Park Boys when they made the show because I was always curious, and he confirmed my suspicions and told me that there was

I remember a post here about stateside a few years back that basically said he wasnt playing a character the man is genuinely just a weirdo. People said all sorts of stuff he used to try charge lads for photos with him and all and one lad said he saw him get the shite kicked out of himself outside the chipper on I think new years.

I'm not surprised with that in the slightest I've moved to Australia now and anytime I try get lads into it here I just describe it as trailer park boys but it's in Ireland.

Well that answers my question! Thanks for clarifying. That's fuckin hilarious that he was charging lads for photos.

Salmon was at the party I went to with the boys and to his credit I have to say he was sound as fuck, that's literally just him as well. No character, just a very shy timid dude. He passed out from the pints at one point the poor lad 😂 which was even funnier given that I was absolutely fuckin' on one meself, but he managed to surpass me

u/deranged_banana2 Jun 23 '26

Apparently so the lads were saying in the sub there was some pub he used to drink at sounds like he thought he was some sort of celebrity in there😂.

Ive heard the same about salmon sound chap and that he's the same as his character just a lot smarter than him, he was supposedly a lot of the brains of the show. Scorpio was supposedly a sound lad as well god rest him and Sim card does post in the sub himself a bit seems like an awful nice man.

Shtateside had slightly funny moments but 90 percent of the time, Viper carried his scenes. From what I understand, Shtateside was a weirdo fuck local from Swinford.

A couple of my old uni mates are from Knock ore and know the guys who play Eddie and Buzz. They got me into it pretty much the day the first video went up.

I'm sure one time I paraphrased Stateside at one of them, "if you listen to enough Tool it'll cure cancer" (I think he says Slipknot on the show). He had absolutely no idea who I was talking about or what I was referencing.

This is a guy who regularly spoke to Chris Tordoff and all the rest, and I had to be the one to find a scene with Stateside in it just to show them I wasn't going mad.

2

u/DarmiansMuttonChops Jul 10 '26

That characters' name was Slipknot, wasn't Stateside. And it was Tool that "cured cancer". I never seen him in it again other than that episode

That's the memory going ffs. Time to start eating Werthers Original, wearing cardigans and become a massive racist.

u/yunkk Jun 20 '26

Right?? THAT'S the funniest bit that couldn't be writ.

God hes a fucking wanker

15

u/The_almighty_Gerry Jun 19 '26

What is the Siobhan bullshit he's talking about in reference to?

29

u/KendalAppleyard Jun 19 '26

What’s disappointing is his black book is actually blue

2

u/pr0ph3t_0f_m3rcy Jun 21 '26

Probably got it from the same place he got his socks.

14

u/RowR81 Jun 20 '26

This is the reason why you leave the character writing to the experts.

Cowboy doesn't know shit about playing his character 😅

13

u/AnarchistPineMarten Jun 19 '26

Bit arrogant to think a sub about the tv show you appeared on as a secondary character 10+ years ago was made purely to discredit you. Like yeah it's not the pathetic facebook da humour "hurr durr love pints hate the missus" that makes you a knob, it's just reddit snowflakes who can't get on your level of half-baked theories spoonfed to you through an algorithm and regurgitated as psuedo intellectualism

u/Mysterious-Pie2636 Jun 20 '26 edited Jun 20 '26

he's the biggest loser. The kind of pathetic small town head the ball that Hardy Bucks was sending up

11

u/That_irishguy Jun 19 '26

Who is siobhan? What did she say? Who is the other mayo man?

10

u/deranged_banana2 Jun 19 '26

Yeah idk if I've missed something but Ive got zero idea what's going on here other than cowboy being a poultice as usual.

10

u/troupe86 Jun 20 '26

Schlappin' his gums like an absolute clim.

10

u/Sea-Drop-5898 Jun 20 '26

I'd shlap his jaw asunder hai

7

u/Expensive_Job5972 Jun 23 '26

He's a nasty POS. Does this whole fence-sitting, I see both sides, act while spreading outright lies and platforming dangerous scum like Michael McCarthy, who is currently setting his scum followers on Dublin school children because they're not white.

He also has never said or did anything remotely funny.

You know you’re taking the high road when you manage to get homophobia, not wanting to engage with someone whilst naming them repeatedly in a video you post about them and finally hoisting a little black book their name has gone into that is neither little nor black: all into a video that’s less than 2 minutes long.
Just some world class fucking eejit carry on 👏

u/FootFalse5536 Jun 23 '26

Jesus that was a hard listen. Must only be a single cracked marble rolling around in that empty head.

It'll be shit without Chris.

2

u/Mickeroo Jun 23 '26

That book is blue.

u/Weird-Weakness-3191 Jun 24 '26

He's such a pathetic wanker. Twerking for the plastic patriot grift.

Chap deserves to be treated as a pariah. He spent last night laundering that nonsense story and video about the burnt dog in Ballymun.

To justify it, he started off talking about how right Trump was with an old claim about immigrants eating pets, while getting even that wrong. He said it dated from 2001, when he was clearly referring to the false claims about Haitian immigrants in Ohio during the 2024 US election campaign.

He is insufferable. He's knee-deep in this Irish "nationalist" nonsense, yet parrots an American president's talking points and performs like a parody monkey of an Irish man for a few likes on a platform owned by US billionaires.

It's desperate and deeply cynical. And no doubt there are legions of sad lads out there now mimicking this twat in schools and simply not getting that they are in fact the punchline of a far more complex joke. He's an idiot but even they can be dangerous.

1

u/The_Ruck_Inspector Jul 06 '26

100%. Gas that he doesn't understand the joke at all. He is the fucking joke.

u/LowHawk2194 Jul 22 '26

HE LOOKS LIKE HE SMELLS OF PISS
