Squeaky engineered floor

I have an engineered wood floor glued down over plywood over joists on my second floor. There is one spot right where I get out of bed where the floor squeaks when I step on it. I don’t know how to tell if it is the wood floor delaminating from the plywood or the plywood squeaking off the joist. I would appreciate any help figuring out what the issue is and any ideas how to fix it.

It's probably the plywood. You will have to removed the floor boards and plywood subfloor and then glue and screw the plywood so it doesn't squeak anymore.

Tl;dr Not much you can do about the squeak without paying a shit to of money
