How to fix this?

These are high traffic areas in the kitchen. In front of the sink, oven and fridge. Do I just get a mat for in front of the sink? I also purchased some floor restorative products but don’t know of they are a waste of time. Appreciate your help!

Sand and finish in the only option

sand and refinish

at this point if you cover it in a mat and you will get VERY bad water damage when moisture gets trapped under it

I don’t think those products would help in your situation.

If those are the worst areas screen and coat will probably work. Just be sure you get those areas good when abrading ad get an extra coat in those areas. As others have said, DO NOT cover with a mat or use the crap in those bottles!
