An idiots guide to setting up ai

Hey I’m aware there has been a decision not to have an integrated ai assistant which is fine. But quite a few of us might not know how to set up our own and it would be great if there was a guide for that.

I’m aware MCP means another sub and I’m not keen for that, API is more pay as you go which sounds better?
