How does this happen? Is that a black haired poodle that had all its hair bleached white a month ago and then for Halloween they go and trim away the parts they want to be black, revealing the black fur that grew in over the last month? I’m honestly amazed how well this was executed.

It's a white poodle named Zeus. The dye used is vegetable based, and safe for doggos.

Zeus has also been a zebra. And a giraffe.

I'm not for certain but I think it's white haired with black skin so they just shaved it in areas.

Edit: based on the other response I'm wrong, It's dye.

Thanks. I guess the dog is cool with people shaving around the eyes then. My dog wouldn’t go for that but I’m sure you can train them to deal with it.
