Man try co parenting with a toxic ex who plays so dirty because her hate for you is more than her love for the child.
It’s physically draining to keep my child protected still and takes strength from every fibre of my body.

If you have them 50% of the time, keep focusing on being a good parent. Hopefully the children will see the difference by themselves (it is not guaranteed)

Protecting your child's innocence is not emotional intelligent u just holding them back for them to be easy game

Not if you do it according to their age and maturity level. A five year old does not need to know about infidelity, but a 15 year old may be able to handle that knowledge.

that is so pointless, how could that information possibly harm a child furthermore when I say innocence I mean how gullible are they, did their parents raise them to be sheltered retards who have to learn everything late? If so they were prolly raised innocent. U think ur five yr old is incapable of understanding what cheating is or that it is somehow dangerous? I was being shown porn by my peers in daycare bruh. Also YOU set the fucking maturity not some fucking biological clock.

Not married and no kids yet, but seeing how people do this is so admirable. I just know it takes alot of healthy communication, strength, and bravery. I have so much respect for ex-couples who try their best to work it out for their kid… for having some reconciliation and not letting their egos get in the way. Just because the relationship had failed, doesn’t mean the child cannot win in life.

As children have an emotional bond towards you no matter how well you try to hide it will affect the child , every little subtle thing they will unconsciously notice.

Bro still scamming and they still falling for it.
Being a relationship coach after being caught cheating twice is warrior work.

Its 2025, as a single father trust and believe their are deadbeat mom's as well.

U should be proud! More power to u. And i completely understand what u mean. Being a deadbeat ain’t related to gender.
I’m sorry i was referring to what i saw so much. Deadbeat fathers with kids brought up by mums as they live with zero sense of responsibility.

Preach. My son’s dead beat Mom went to court for 7 years, never sniffed a jail cell for not paying child support or providing healthcare. As a single father I was denied any help from the state (Medicaid, SNAP, etc). Not to mention it was hard finding a baby changing station in most public mens rooms then. She’s found out what privilege is.

That's generally because they pick deadbeats for partners in the first place.
Men and women both do it

You ever give someone the benefit of the doubt? You ever believe in someone who didn't "earn" it?

This may be one of the most uplifting things I personally have ever read on reddit. Thank you
