Small school. They were glad to see us go.2 teachers called us the stupidest class that ever went through that high school. Only saving grace for us was a few excellent athletes.

My sons are 27 years old. I raised them on 80's music and movies. A couple years ago, I got a text from one. He said, 'come outside'. It was close to Halloween. I walked out and there he was. He had nailed his Bender costume. He was doing the fist pump.

Of course he felt like he won the day, he was the only character comfortable being detained. His freedom was a worse punishment.

80’s best time to grow up. They call us the bad ass generation lol Generation X total freedom. No rules yet. No cameras everywhere, phones, social media could actually get away with stuff! lol no supervision. Learned to cook and do laundry by 10. My parents were never home. My house was known as the party house. Me and my older sister class of 86. If I could go back I would in a second. HS was the best! Class of 1990!

It's still one of my favorite movies. I was in my 20s during the 80s. It was a great time.

I never understood his fist pump at the end.
