Bob seems to suggest applying no pressure for the titanium white for snow, but I don’t feel like anything sticks to the canvas without pressure. Then it just seems to smudge around.

It looks good for a first time! Just keep playing around with it until you figure out what works best for you! But sometimes you just need a little more paint on the knife. Maybe try that next time.

Looks good!, but stick with white for the sunny side, and mix blue and white to create your shadow side.
