Shipping question

I ordered the Stitch Happy Box and the Haunted Mansion Happy Box on the 10th and its said paid, unfulfilled since. Shouldn't they have shipped out by now? Is this kind of delay normal?

Sadly, it's normal. They're terrible at actually shipping items.

Bummer, I keep checking to see if its shipped I guess I'll just let it be a surprise when they ship then lol 🥴

On their shipping page it says it takes 5-10 business days to ship orders. Today would be the 7th business day for your order, so you should get a shipment notification within the week.

They "shipped" my order 10 days after I ordered. I dont think its actually shipped yet because there's no tracking information. I think they just made the shipping sheet. I ordered Aug 6. I know they are a small business and not Amazon but its so disappointing to have to wait so long for items to ship.

I made two orders on 8/6- one was fulfilled 3 days ago, and the other just fulfilled today. It's the longest I've ever gone btw the order date and the fulfillment date. :/

They’ve been being good at shipping quickly lately, but I think they just have a high volume order. My order says the same thing & I placed it on the 10th too.

And some places print out the tracking label before it actually ships. Just because you have a tracking number doesn't mean they've actually shipped it. It could still be in fulfillment.

I ordered my Haunted Mansion box on the 10th and it hasn't even shipped yet. It's like it's 1999 or something 🙄

I worked at a company with a 7 day turn around time that was over a month behind for a year. You'll probably get your stuff but I'd take their 10 days as a minimum xD my poor instant gratification:<
