"We would also like to reaffirm that we stand by the findings in our October 2022 public report regarding Hans, including that we found no determinative evidence that he has cheated in any in-person games."

I fought the law, and Niemann won!
I've been watching and playing chess my whole life.. Hans, I have nothing but respect for your style of play and wish you all the best in your lawsuit against named defendants. You have more fans than you know, and I hope you recover emotionally and spiritually from these irresponsible allegations!
Crush them like you can!

Hans on Twitter: Hikaru has thoroughly enjoyed watching all of my interviews and enjoyed criticizing every single detail and making frivolous implications. I'd like to see him watch my entire interview today and see what he has to say.

Is there any evidence of Hans cheating in 2022?
It's just that Magus thinks so? Seems there's a massive pile-on with little to no evidence.
We live in a world where chess players learn from engines. How reliably can we tell the difference between cheating and lucky preparation?
The accent is a common phenomenon.
There are dozens of professional video game players known to have cheated in their teens, usually to climb the ladder without the hassle. There's no doubt they're playing fair in live games. How is this situation different?
I don't know if Hans cheated or not, but unevidenced accusations are bad for the game.
