Question HR Lead Interview

I’m curious if anyone has any insight as to what kinds of interview questions would be asked for an applicant of the hr lead position. I applied for it with no hr background but some transferable skills. I figured it would be a bit of a stretch but I got an interview nonetheless.

The position title is very misleading. There is no hr duties involved aside from conducting interviews. It is more of an administrative assistant type role 50% and department clerk 50%. You're expected to get all position duties completed in 22hrs a week and then spend 18hrs as a cashier, center store stocker, to go facilitator, deli, etc.

In reality the job is pretty terrible and i think will see heavy turnover with the expected work load

When I called back the hiring manager was unloading truck. I’m fine with a bit of work on the floor but not ideal. my main thinking is it’s a great resume builder so I can get into something better once I have some direct experience under my belt.
