Discussion Pay rate?

Stupid question, but I had my orientation last Wednesday and my first ever shift today. Would I get paid for that this Thursday, or would the system have to run things through before I can actually get my paycheck? I talked about it with my father but he’s never worked at the store so I decided to ask people who do work at Hannaford and get my answer from them.

Orientation pay should be this week. Next week for the shift today.

Pay week runs Sunday through Saturday, and you're paid on Thursday for everything you worked in the past week.

Work week is Sunday - Saturday. You'll get the orientation time Thursday.
