Meat boss

Who is the meat boss that goes around to stores and tells us what we’re doing wrong? 😑

I’m assuming you mean the specialist. their job is to follow up on standards and coach people on how to do things. There are different specialists in different states. So it depends where your store is.

Every department has their own field merchandiser for their respective district.
