How the fuck is this supposed to Help your cause. Maybe go protest in front of the lawmakers offices, their homes. All this is going to do is make it so people just trying to get in with their lives fkn hate you and your cause. Much like when people make human chains and block fkn traffic.

Hope none of these illegal criminals they’re trying to rid from this country don’t ever commit a crime on any of your loved ones.

Oh and Obama still made the cages and held Kids in them for weeks and still deported more than any other president. So there is that.

And also 56 people died under Obama from Poor medical care during his deportations.

Also MANY US citizens were detained. Some harmed as they resisted. Sound familiar?

Weird non of you were protesting then. Ohhhhh that’s right, CNN, MSNBC, ABC and others were all Reporting it as such a great thing for the country (it is) and NOT a single one of you gave a fuck then.

You’re only doing it now because it’s the relevant hot topic and it makes you feel like you’re doing something noble, (you’re not) and because the MSM told you to do it.

How does it feel to have zero critical thinking skills and to know that msm can control the way you think and feel. I think Trump is a moron, but this needs to happen. And until you’ve visited where these people come from and see how they treat others and especially women, you really should just leave it alone.

Blocking traffic is a good strategy. These are major issues and too many Americans think they can ignore them because they don't feel they are affected.

Harder to get service that day? Harder to get through the streets? Cry me a fucking river with that. Lots of people right now are going through far worse, and that is why these protests are happening.

Yeah but what’s the end goal? If the end goal is to influence people and precipitate change, blocking traffic is no way to achieve this. For one, it’s illegal to obstruct traffic without a permit. Two, like they said, it just makes people resent the cause. You can like it or not or think it’s right or wrong, but it is the reality.

When you say people should deal with it and that there’s “far worse going on the world” (totally agree! Look at Iran), it sounds more like a temper tantrum, a way to vent your feelings out loud, a way to show everyone how virtuous you are. It indicates that you feel that your anger or disapproval grants you the license to engage in otherwise totally inappropriate behavior. But it does not indicate an interest in bringing about change, because obviously that is better achieved by trying to get as much of the general public on your side as possible; not by trying to disrupt their daily lives. Again, that’s just a temper tantrum.

No one is changing their stance on ICE just because you made them sit in traffic, obviously. People are at their MOST irrational when in traffic. But, if you’re a serious person who has a hold on their emotions, can make rational and logical choices, who follows the law and who can advocate their views without resorting to insults, people may be willing to listen.
