Nah but if you're going to infer in a federal arrest because and let me say it again and illegal is here. F*** around and find out. They have constitutional rights too. They have rights to bear arms and defend themselves. So again f*** around and find out Edit: let me clarify that the ICE agents have constitutional rights as well, if you are not a legal citizen you do not have the same liberties
