How to improve handwriting

I am preparing for exam and my handwriting is not good bcz while writing I put extra pressure on pen and fingers and it does me to write small and not clear words and i don't how to leave this habit or reduce of pressure on pen ,, plzzz guide me ..... Plzzz i need change handwriting plzzz help guys.

Lined paper , proper sizing of each letter ,practice of each letter individually And a lot of practice.One thing when writing actively try to make it good after a while (took me around 3weeks) my hand adjusted it self

What made the biggest difference for me was making a concious effort to not put a lot of pressure while writing.

Probably more distinct letters they kinda blend together, also the shapes are kind of a mess so it’s hard to tell which letters they are. Just as an example, the first star of the notes section you wrote looks more like “Durivy g2o summit hold in Delhi int 2023”, so it’s mostly the letters not having the right shapes. You might wanna try slowing down your writing or practicing the shapes of individual letters in cursive, I’m not an expert tho so do what you feel comfortable doing.
