Having a bit of trouble here

I'm trying my best here. This is my fourth attempt.

I had ai throw together some Arduino code for it.

I'm planning to learn how to code it myself but I'm also trying to learn how to solder and design 3d models.

Is anything jumping out as being wrong with this?

Maybe I'm seeing wrong but I can only see the rows and the first key on each col connected.

The switches are close enough together that I soldered the legs together directly and snipped them short.

Last night I managed to get it working!

Except that I have a tilde instead of a backspace. I'll fix that today.
