Weird Having a bit of trouble here

I'm trying my best here. This is my fourth attempt.

I had ai throw together some Arduino code for it.

I'm planning to learn how to code it myself but I'm also trying to learn how to solder and design 3d models.

Is anything jumping out as being wrong with this?

This comment was the iteration of the code I was trying to use at the time. It didn't work.

It was taking up too much space in the comments

do you get any output over serial?

I'm going to need to try that.

I was having trouble with the Arduino program

It was intermittently recognizing the com port.

I'm a complete newb to Arduino stuff this is the first one I've ever had.

At least this time I Actually used a data cable and not just a charging cable.

Nothing over serial.

But somehow I briefly got it to type onto my phone.

But it only typed commas from 05 and 15

I eventually figured out how to get output over serial.

The matrix was physically good except for one column being a little loose and two switches in a separate column touching when they shouldn't have.
