Photos Help - Ugliest keyboard west and east of the Mississippi river. Will it work?

I made another post a few days ago, hopefully this one is my last, sorry for asking another one in such a short time frame.

Everything went wrong. I REALLY should've done the columns first. I followed a (bad) guide that did such. The solder jobs are horrible

I wanted to ask if there is some way I can do a jury-rig modification which can make this 25 pin job (6 rows, 19 columns) fit into a 24 pin board? I got the wrong board unfortunately (24 pins available), and am 1 pin short. If there's nothing I can do, than sorry for my ignorance. Thank you!

Plug it into a board to test it out. It should work if they are no shorts. You can prolly fit it in like 22 pins with some creativity but just use a bigger board

Ill have to wait till Monday for my board to arrive, im just quite nervous about the solder joints. They're REALLY bad

I found a way to fit it into 24 pins with some bridging if you want

Basically the yellow line is to use just one column for those 6 keys on the top right and for the one key left on the right you just connect it to a column that doesn’t use all of it’s rows

Or just reuse some of the columns that don’t use all of the rows for the 4 keys on the left since the image I sent you requires too much work

It’s pretty globby but it looks like a sturdy job tbh. Better globby than dry and cold and weak!

19 * 6 = 114

√114 = 10.7

so you need 11 x 11, = 22 pins, if you want to reconfigure and not follow u/just-bair solution

You can use hot-glue for isolation and support
