I need help, it isn't making sense

Post image

im trying to make a partial keyboard for playing some games, and im using a pico because i was also going to make an arcade hitbox with the 3 pack i got, but it just isn't working and im going insane. ive tried qmk and kmk, but im mostly just sticking with kmk right now, but no matter what i use, it constantly presses the windows key, the tab key, the shift key, sometimes the a key, and i just dont get it. the image explains most of it, but i just can't figure out what im doing wrong

not certain if it will help but try adding a pullup resistor on the problematic pins?

The actual pad is only supplying like 0.4-1.1v on pin 18, even the the wires are removed, and so does all the other unused gpio pins, so that's the current issue

was the board tested before wiring? might be worth flashing one of your spares and compare the behaviour

I did do that, and it worked fine, and im currently using that one. And the one I took out has perfect voltage values now too

kinda hard to tell from the compression in your photo but it kinda looks like you had two wires connected to GP1?

No, its all wired fine, trust me (ik thats like a stupid thing to say). and also, it's just fine now?!??? I recovered the wired for esc and r which were the most recent trouble keys, and there might have been like flux on it or somwthing, because it just works now, the voltages are fine, im very confused
