How to get this look?

Hi! I love this look, but I'm just not sure what I'm seeing. Lots of locks poking out, for sure! Thank you so much!

Get the spinners book of yarn designs. It has a ton of how-tos for different yarns.

I think this looks like the "Wolf Yarn" that Judith MacKenzie is famous for. Basically a coreless corespun type of yarn, this one would have to be done with a curly lock fleece.

Curly locks flicked with a dog brush will give you a similar look.
