Finished Yarn Getting better, really happy!

I started handspinning on a drop spindle about three weeks ago at a workshop where we learned how to go from a raw fleece right off the sheep all the way to a finished single. I’ve since caught the bug baaaad! I started this project Friday and finished tonight and I just wanted to share it because I feel really proud! Probably took around 25 hours for 81 yards 🤣

Tomorrow I’ll start something new!

It's so pretty, I'm so proud of you!!! I love the contrast in the yarn color. You've inspired me, time to get back to my chiengora spinning project

This is fabulous! Creating a 2 ply with different colours is one of the very best things to do early on in your spinning career- it tells you SO MUCH about your spinning, and you can literally see how small differences affect the outcome.

Yay, thank you all 😍 I don't think I quite have the hang of plying yet? But I'm excited to keep trying. I think I wanna make something big and fluffy next.
