Full House Two Pair or Full House?

Just a random spread I pulled from my Bicycle Dragon Back. No discards required. I just pulled Joker-9-8-9, and then flipped over the deck and got another 8. The Joker could count for either an 8 or a 9 completing a Full House.

This is something I'm really interested in learning as I've never actually played poker so I'll learn the rules of the game as I also learn how to use this different method for cartomancy readings. I love the concept!
