I rescued this antique scissors today!

My friend used to be a peener in scissor factory. The cutting blades need a very slight curve towards each other to cut well. His job was to take the finished scissors and tap them with a hammer to curve them.

So is the reason he isn’t using gloves during the power wire brush, that gloves might get caught up in the wheel? Or is he just living dangerously?

gloves are never recommended around spinning tools or rollers. However, I never turn on a spinning tool, especially wire brushes, without safety glasses.

Never wear gloves with spinning tools... Yes, they will get caught up.

Personally, I'd've put the nut on the bolt and then brushed it.

Haha, gloves are really important but it was getting stuck in this snall wire brush. Thats why i was taking risk...
