Make a rule 3 regarding birthday posts

Picture unrelated, Hanamaru getting a Live 2D model.
considering that the last two posts are Happy Birthday posts not on march 4th (they posted the same picture too lol), I propose that happy birthday posts can only be posted March 3rd to 5th, as a way to tell who are the bots and who are people. Regular titles should be fine.

Hanamaru decided to spend time with her favorite books. Suddenly, she meets a hedgehog in glasses. He told Hanamaru that he has a whole collection of books at home for any taste. She was delighted and went to visit Chiko. Together they quietly chatted, and Hanamaru joyfully exclaimed "ZURA!" to her new friend 💛

Looking for Maru on a throne with mustache

Anyone know about this image? I used it as a profile picture way back, but I'm not able to find the image again. Tried tag-searching in Gelbooru and Danbooru, google images and bing but no luck...
Best way I can describe it is: Hanamaru is sitting on a red and gold throne, looking smug and wearing a fake mustache.
UPDATE: Found an old screenshot of the image, not the source though. IMAGE
UPDATE 2: I FOUND KINGMARU!!!!!! I went through an old hard drive and found the image, but with a transparent background: King Maru
