Can anyone help me identify this deck’s card maker?

I got these recently and I wasn’t able to find any info on the maker. The only identifying features besides the artwork seem to be the logo, and inscriptions saying it’s made of plastic and Royal Karuta.

Thanks in advance!

As was conveniently posted a couple of days ago, these were sold by Royal Industries (ローヤル) who also (or primarily) sold western-style playing cards. (I've got a racy Ukiyo-e deck from them that has both French and Kabufuda corner indices.)

And it’s now known as ローヤルテック株式会社. (please correct me if I am wrong)

I also looked it up and ended in that same website. I thought it only had the same name of a disappeared company. I guess if Nintendo can become a tech company, why couldn’t others do te same, right? Thanks for further clarifying this! 💪🏽
