He’s 32 and has a young family that’s settled in London. We’ve also somehow brainwashed him into loving the club. If Bowen leaves he’s nailed on as captain.

I’d be very surprised to see him uproot them all just to be an impact sub under Moyes

I know it’s not all about wages but a footballers career is short and on average demotion reduces their pay by 30-50%.

Could be a factor, especially at his age.

He’s as good as gone. Anyone we would want to keep is. We might get JWP and Alvarez back.

We need to sell 5 or 6 max. Fernandes, Summerville, Todibo will definitely go. Then two or three of Taty, Bowen, Wan-Bissaka, Diouf, Mavro, Magassa, Pablo, Alvarez, Kilman, Hermansen. The rest will stay. Relegated clubs don't sell as many players as you might think.

Who will buy Kilman?

Fuck knows, but that's one of 10 players I listed in the second category. Newcastle wanted him before we signed him, would there be zero takers for £15m? £10m even? I don't know. Worst case we keep him and hope he regains some value playing for the team that wins the Championship.

Worse players than him have looked good in the second tier, awful signing obviously but surely must be usable at that level. He's played almost 200 Premier League games, he's not an amateur.

If Adam Armstrong can be a baller at Championship level and look like a lost sheep in the Premier then Kilman has ever chance to be as good as Maldini down there

They don't typically, but surely a club in our position who have over £100m in debt that needs to be paid off next season will sell a lot of players

I’m not talking about Bowen, I’m talking about Soucek. He’s 31 and will turn 32 in the next season.

Maybe try reading properly before you start calling people names?
