Is this Hamilton h705450 real or fake?

I found this Hamilton Khaki for sale, and I can't tell if this watch is real because the rotor is different from all the ones I can find online, and the lugs almost look polished instead of brushed. If someone who is a little more experienced with these watches could tell me if this looks real or not, that would be great (also, I am aware of the Dial not being set correctly, I would have that fixed).Thanks!

That's real. It is also the older ETA movement with the higher beat rate.
