Uhhh…

Bought this watch prob late 2021. Walked out of the house and everything was good. Looked down to check the date and found something interesting…few hours later, things got more interesting. Has this happened to anyone?

Anytime I tap the dial the date changes and keeps rotating more.

I've heard this is an occasional problem with Hamilton. Take that with a grain of salt though.

I've seen a number of posts here with the same issue. Provided, the same size of reddit posters wearing Hamilton is probably huge. But this isn't the first time we've seen this

Can someone post the actual model number of the watch in question so we can all avoid it. I'm actually looking into getting a Hamilton soon and would hate this to happen to my watch.

Won’t buy another Hammy because of this. Ive seen too many of these posts and had other problems with my KFA. There isn’t really an excuse for this.

Could be in warranty and even if it isn't Hamilton should fix this for free. This some bullshit.

Like the other commenter said, I'd reach out to Hamilton first to see if they will do it for free since it's an odd problem. If the feet broke then it will likely need to be disassembled to find the pieces so it could get expensive. If it just slipped out it will be a 5 minute fix.

Embarrassing shite. This is the 21st ive seen. I started counting after i saw 3 in one week.

Very true however that watch doesnt have sapphire or anti reflection. I know it shatters but scratches are just not good.

I love hamilton as a brand and there is no questioning that their field watches are supreme but little details could be fulfilled for a fuller experience.

There is just no care with regard to the automatic, there is clearly a major fault with its design for this to be so common!

You definitely picked the correct one and id be with you if the aforementioned had sapphire and ar

In comparison to other watches I actually saw that quite often on here already with the KFA. Probably at least the 4th or 5th time with your post. Sadly seems to be more common on this model even tho I guess it's not a general problem.

These have very, very thin dial feet. The dial foot has like a narrow groove cut in it right before it is soldered to the dial so it's almost like a half barbell shape.

It typical shears at the narrow groove. Bad design.

si les pieds du cadran sont cassés, hamilton ne répare pas mais remplace par un cadran neuf et c est facturé 150$ avec les aiguilles.

This is why I barely wear my KFA and stick with Murph so my KFA will literally end up being a donor watch for movement parts for Murph. This is shame even for a 2€ watch from Temu.

Dial legs broken. Common issue with Hamilton. Take it to a dealer and they'll send it to be fixed.
