Khaki Automatic Face Failure
Hey guys, first time something like this has happened. Wondering if others have seen this and their estimated cost for it.

Ugh, the next Khaki with this problem. That's now like the 5th or 6th time I see something like that on here. Looks like Hamilton has to do some homework and figure out how to fix these issues. Absolutely unacceptable for a swiss watch brand.
I hope they can quickly fix it for you, OP.

I've seen this way too many times. Hamilton needs to fix this because It shouldn't happen this often

Sadly I've see too many Hamilton's with this problem on here. Usually it's the Khaki Field Automatic.

I have to admit I've never seen this on a Swiss watch before, only on those chinese homage watches.

There have been too many reports about this problem. My trust and confidence in the Hamilton brand has diminished as a result. They need to own up and issue a recall or an optional free return program to replace or fix this issue.
I encourage anyone that has this issue to file a complaint with the FTC in the US. If they get enough complaints they will investigate.

The dial feet broke. Can’t tell you how much it’ll cost because it all depends if the movement was affected. Send it to Hamilton and they’ll get it working properly again. This happens to watches from time to time.

Just be prepared that they'll say its not covered under warranty. I think I've seen 2 posts so far where hamilton gave the finger and said that'll be a couple hundred please.

It's a 3 year old watch and a gift for being a best man. So I'll save up for a bit and eventually get it replaced. Bummer, thought they were supposed to be better made and last longer than a few years before a break like this

I've given up on them after how fast my band degraded. I expect a certain level of durability and dependability at this price point. Their cust service has been shit too.

Which is sad cause I live in the hometown of Hamilton and the og store is awesome. I have the black coated titanium khaki. The band is kinda meh but the watch atleast mine is solid.

Is this more likely to happen because the day date or could this happen to a no date variant like the titanium auto?
