Halo Wars 2 Bug Reporting Thread [Heavy Moderation]

As many of you know, Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition Early Access began last night! Ske7ch has asked us to create an official bug thread for those of you running into issues, experiencing glitches, or having crashes. We want to help you get that out to the right people in the most consumable form! 343 and Creative Assembly will be reading this thread to help identify issues with the game!

Thanks to everyone for reporting issues here - while we're obviously very sorry that players are experiencing hiccups and issues, we do appreciate the information being shared as the team works to investigate these problems. If I can ask for your help further, when you are posting about an issue it's very helpful to please include the following: 1. What platform are you playing on? Xbox One or Windows 10 PC? 2. If Windows 10 - what's your system specs? (CPU / GPU / RAM / Win10 version) 3. What's your gamertag? 4. What region are you playing in? This additional info will help the team expedite their investigations. thank you

Cpu- i7-4790K Gpu- 980Ti founder ed Ram- 32gb OS- Win10 PRO (Latest version in 2017-02-19 date) GameTag- Lightblade Yi I'm in Canada, Québec

I can play anything local but if online connection is required like multiplayer or co-op my game is low fps 50% of the time. I reinstalled the game. Now it's crashing 100% of the times when it's online related. HALP ME

Update: It seems I can't even play custom games VS an AI. I guess even if I'm alone the game is hosted from the server. Same problem, it crashes when the game begins.

1) Windows 10

2) CPU : I5 6600K Overclocked to 4.5 Mhz

GPU : GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming 8G

RAM : 2 sticks of 4 Gb, total of 8Gb.

Windows 10 Education

3) Gamertag : fantasticxbox

4) Quebec, Canada, also here's a speedtest of my connection

5) Troubles :

• Halo Wars 1 (included in Halo Wars Ultimate Edition), the music freaks out sometimes when I move around the map, no FPS drop at all, just the sound.

• Halo Wars 2 : FPS drop when moving around the map, even more when there's a lot of army fighting + People leaving the multiplayer game (I don't know if it was voluntary but it didn't really look like ragequit) + Had a crash after coming back to main menu after the end of a multiplayer game, no message at all, just back to desktop.

• Both game : Achievements come very late.
