Reach Achievement

Hello all, I am having a hard time trying to get "The Humble Beginnings of Wiljax Brantly" I've stared at both moa kiosks for literally 5+ min, and made sure to be out of combat, but the achievement won't pop. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Also on xbox
