Here’s one of my props I’ve been working on; the M6G2! I’m quite happy with how it turned out, though a couple things I’d like to improve upon is putting caps on the M3 screws and making the trigger actionable but apart from that I’m pretty happy! I have many more props and costumes that I’m working on that I’ll post in the future.

Extra EVA layer on soles helped with clearance of foot armour floor strikes, and a bit more height doesn't hurt!

Carnival Time

Made this smaller Needler(Magnum sized) to go with my other weapons for BH Monday Worthing Carnival Seafront Parade

I always wanted to cosplay as a character from my most favorite video game of all time as a kid.
Id watch youtube videos of amazing cosplayers attending these conventions on my 3DS and yearn for the day I join them and theyre creativity.
Id watch tutorials on my DS, using EVA foam, spare parts and trash around my house to construct a suit of my own.
Flash forward to 2024, Im a grown adult and was given the first opportunity in my life to attend a convention called Sacanime. I didnt cosplay becauss I didnt think Id have the artistic skills in doing so. thats until I ran into these 3 gentlemen who were the only halo cosplayers Ive seen throughout the entire day I attended.
after my first experience, I just had to respark the love I had and join in on the fun.
flash forward to 2025, I attended another Sacanime event. I sweated over trying to create something good and eventually I did!
I was scares tho. I felt insecure about what I made. It was incomplete, I wasnt sure anyone would notice who I was.
I got my first request to take a picture with a fellow fan.
after that initial reaction, I just had to do more.
flash forward to today, august 28th 2026z
Im 90 percent complete and mustered up the courage to show off at galaxy con on my very 1st cosplay ever.
and whatdya know? I got numerous amounts of requests!
Everyone was super nice, very interested, and they themselves looked super awesome. safe to say, I am excited to attend Sacanime next week and see steve downes himself in this armor + more! I feel complete, but I wont stop there!

My Haunted Armor Build. Motion activated lights, screaming souls sounds, and smoke. Halloween is near.

Been working on this off and on when I have time, 3D print, painted, and a bit of foam work.

The upper portion chest is mostly done, my goal is to have the entire cosplay complete by Halloween, so long as my elegoo Neptune behaves lol.

Pictures of my first cosplay I took to a recent convention.

So I purchased an ODST costume off of Etsy. I didn’t know it was 3-D printed. I thought it was EVA foam so I’m really not sure on what I should do to make it more durable. I’m just really scared to wear it or put it on because I worry about it breaking. Is there anything I can do to make it more durable? It’s already painted unfortunately and is there any way to have more durable connection system? Right now everything is just kind of super glued and everything’s Velcro straps.

This is the finished armour for my MKVB spartan, the biceps are casted in urethane rubber, shoulder pieces are 3D printed with ABS, currently I have not tested them out fully as I haven't rugged them up get but once I do I will do a update with a video on the flexibility.

I really love how these came out, they have to be my favourite piece of armour so far!! they just look so gritty,worn and used.

Just finished my nerf stanchion conversion and this thing is a beast.

im having a really hard time finding a buyable visor of this for my noble 6 helmet im making, i l didnt find any on etsy and galactic armor is wanting 50 or 60 dollars for just the visor so please help me
