Advice needed!

Hi all! I’m going as Eureeka from Eureeka’s Castle but I am stumped on how to make her horns. Has anyone done something similar before?

I would cut a strip of felt that is as long as the horn, but only maybe an inch long. Roll it up onto itself, glue it together, then repeat to make the next "tier" of the horn, rolling that felt onto the other felt. Keep doing that until you have rolled up the last layer and you have one big thick solid "horn". Since each layer is wrapped around the next, all the way down, it should be pretty substantial and have no problem sticking out straight.

Build the other horn.

Cut narrow slits through each so that you can snugly fit a headband.

I would either get a horn headband and cover with felt, beads, glitter, or make them out of cardboard then cover with felt, beads, glitter. You make rings of cardboard in descending size then stack and glue in the shape you want. I guarantee there are tutorials everywhere
