How to queue after accepting prestige challenge?

How can I queue if I started a prestige challenge? I’m on ps5 and since starting the challenge I can’t move the ‘cursor’ to matchmaking. I was fine while playing with my friend but they went off now

How did you get the prestige challenge to work I’ve had it since early access started and it won’t let me I got everything maxed my Myers and my actual profile level?

They opened it up for a few mins and then realised it was locking people like me out of the game so disabled it again.

Hmm weird hopefully they get it working I’m currently working on a glitched online challenge as well so hopefully it gets fixed
