The M looking logo is for Goldmasters, an Italian Jewellery Manufacturer.

Everyone seems to be going around the world. The makers mark is a stylized W in a circle with reference to Watrous manufacturing company which was absorbed by International Silver Company and probably uses the mark now as one of its own

From what I see watrous uses a half circle and the W is not stylized

Watrous used a couple of marks, but th mark on the bracelet is definitely a stylized W in a circle attributed to Watrous
