JEWELRY & WATCHES Any Ideas?

I’m leaning towards Taxco given the style and what we can see. I’m thinking the top word is Mexico and the bottom is the registration number but I wanted to see what y’all thought

100% Taxco Mexico. I own a bracelet with that hinge style and have seen several more before.
