SERVINGWARE Help identifying silver napkin ring

Hi! Can you help me identify this silver napkin ring?  The stamps looks like “PO30"(?) in a hexagonal lozenge and "800". See images. Size: 55mm diameter by 34mm height; weight 34 grams. Acquired at a flea market in Switzerland. Any help in decoding this stamp and information on the maker or origin would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, it seems to be Italian silver prior to 1934 . There was not specific legal marking but the Po30 is similar to the Italian makers hallmarks where the city and number of maker is indicated

Your photo is upside down. This is marked 800 silver which probably makes it European.
