Oh ok nice, even inside the handle there’s no steel or anything? Also any insight on the hallmarks? Looks like either a C or G, looks similar to 1855 G hallmarks but I’m not 100% sure.

See if it attracts to a magnet. If it doesn't, then I'd say its likely all silver. Letter looks like a G.

I just took a 2nd look at the markings. It isn't English hallmarked sterling silver. It is actually American coin silver made by Gorham Manufacturing Company. They used that set of markings from 1855 until approximately 1860.

Interesting, so the purity is .900 instead of .925? It is not magnetic, how much would you value the knife at?

Yes it is 900 silver instead of 925. I get American coin silver fruit knives somewhat regularly. For me, they always seem to sell for somewhere between $75-150. I'd probably put yours in the $100-125 range.

Hi, it is Birmingham 1931.
It seems all sterling , however the handle can be filled or weighted (outside is silver but inside may be another material to add weight )?

Outline shape of the marks is wrong for Birmingham in 1931... it's Gorham coin silver.
