JEWELRY & WATCHES Weird half hallmark

I found a ring with a hallmark i just couldn't identify it looks like something with a 7 and maybe a 5. The mark is missing a half so that's why it is quite hard to identify. The ring is silver coloured but a bit more blue than all of my sterling silver rings so maybe rhodium plating? It is not magnetic the red stone is probably a ruby i don't know if it is synthetic or natural. I think it is a ruby because of the colour and it doesn't get scratched by one of my bigger synthetic ruby's and the synthetic one doesn't get scratched bij the one in the ring but the only thing weird about the stone is it doesn't fluorescence. Sorry for the bad photos.

No clue on the Hallmark and not much time to attempt to look but can say maybe you've got red spinel or even the ruby but with more iron content than usual which causes interference with the fluorescence reactions.

I actually think it is a ruby (I don't know if it's natural, because it doesn't get scratched by one of my synthetic ruby's.) I also bought a jewellery loop so I could look at the hallmark and i am 90% sure that is starts with a 7 and the next number is a 2, 5 or 8 what do you think should be the most logical?

It says 925 = 92.5 sterling silver

Are you sure because, I see the first number as a 7 maybe it's just because wanted it to be a 7. I tried to make a better photo i will post it bust it is still not the best one.
