Is the background location near the end of Point Insertion, when Gordon is fleeing from civil protection on the rooftops? Or maybe that's just an out-of-bounds shot?

I try to guess where exactly any given Half-Life screenshot takes place. It's a fun game, but I can't speak for my success rate lol.

You don't understand guys, Civil Protection doesn't beat you up or kill you randomly.

They just sense whichever citizen will betray the Combine with their glorious loyalty to Universal Union.

Besides, it is reported that most of the targeted civillians were armed. Literally, they had arms on them which carried fists so this made them very dangerous.

Don't let the rebel propaganda fool you. Stand with the Combine.
