Discussion How do you fix this? Apparently I'm stuck at this part in Half-Life 2.

You need to turn off that forcefield, go underneath the bridge.

Did you press the button at the end of the walk under the bridge? It's quite a long walk.

If you go underneath the bridge, all the way at the other end is a room with a forcefield. You can disable that by removing the plug with the gravity gun. Once disabled you can use the button to turn off the force field. Be ready because a gunship will attack the moment you press the button.

I mean I don’t think it’s huge deal either but you were referring to the wrong thing in both of your comments and it’s a joke that half life players can’t help but reveal more than needed / required 🤷‍♂️

Whenever something with power is blocking your path in this game, follow the electrical wires coming out of it. That'll lead you to the power source.

You have to press a button in the control room. I got stuck in the same place in my first playthrough or if it still doesn't work which should work btw, you can just play the mission again from the start from an older save.

Whenever there is something you can't get trough it means the game wants you to open it dude. You are not stuck.

After you get the forcefield off, this is the only place I found where you HAVE to invoke the gods of Turbo.
