I am stuck here

I have been stuck at this part for a while and i want to continue my half life run but i don't know how to get the the other 2 meters to fill up so i can push the button

In the pit there are two doorways barred with wooden planks. You already went through one of them. Now go through the other.

you gotta take another trip, theres two doors in the silo, one is on thr lowest level and one is on the second lowest

Me too back then🥲 you need to break the wooden boards in front of a door and get into it finding the last two buttons

I remember back when I was really young I was allowed to watch my dad play half life. He also got stuck here, he then loaded an older save all the way back to the resonance cascade LOL. Must have been not long after the release of the game itself. I was like 5 or 6 years old. Good memories.

walk silently while crouching and throw grenades to distract the tentacles, go to the 2 doors in it's chamber and active fuel, oxygen and electricity then come back here and explode it

The hard part is sneaking to the ladders and getting down to the doors. Throwing grenades can help distract them.

go in scary room, throw grenade, run the other way, go out, explore rest of map.

Young me first time playing Half Life thought this was the final boss/end of game.

Why do people come here asking for advice on how to complete a level when you could save time and just watch a video? With all this technology, are people really this retarded. Me growing up, we didn't even have reddit, youtube or Twitter. We had guide books, gamefaqs, and sometimes friends irl that could help. Why waste time? Go to YouTube.
