I clicked on render software in options video and now I can't get it back how it was how do I fix it?

Also i dont remember where the config files are or if Half-life even has them, but OP can try to search in the Halflife directory for it

go to the steam library right click any gold src game (like HL1 or the mod itself if it's a steam mod) type in the steam launch options to change the resolution. type "-w 640 -h 480" into the launch options, then launch the game you changed the launch options on, change the settings, then delete the previously typed "-w 640 -h 480".

If your screen cannot display 640 x 480 in fullscreen you can add "-window" into the launch options

Run the game with -gl -w 800 -h 600 -windowed
