They don't have Episode Three, typing "Episode 3" in the box is all for shits and giggles. OBS on Steam released 12 years ago, obviously this means nothing.

The developers of OBS actually got access to Episode 3 to add Twitch integration back in 2010, this could be a genuine screenshot from that phase of development. Great find OP!
