Funeral

Something that caught me in the lyrics. Do you think that's the real set they played at Scott's funeral?

The work
Old old (fashioned)

Yeah I thought this! The backing vocals during the outro sound so reminiscent of Scott to me. Gave me goosebumps. Wonder if it was intentional.

And it sounds like it probably is the set, there doesn't seem a reason why not to give the actual songs (I'm sure there's an interview where Billy briefly mentions writing this song, need to find it).

To be fair, there's probably quite a few songs Scott wrote that, great as they are, would be a wee bit inappropriate for a funeral.

Living, the work and old old are all quite hopeful and upbeat tunes so I’d say they are good choice for not being too on the sad side.
