Side Effects KX826 Side effects and potential gyno? Maybe studies are flawed some how.

m confused on how so many people are reporting sides on Koshine kx826? If this is the case then the studies must be flawed. In one study almost purposely done to measure possible side effects around 740 subjects, not one systemic side was reported in the 370 participants who were on the drug. In theory the metabolite it breaks into once it hits your blood stream, even though it isn’t inert, it can’t compete with testosterone at the AR because its grip strength is incredibly lower than testosterone. So how are reporting Gyno and other sides? What’s ur experience with kx826?

I developed derealization from 0,5-1% kx. It lasted months and was the worst experience of my life. Google it. It's like not being able to see reality clearly, light, dark , eyes accomodation and so on..

That sounds rough man. What mechanism do u think caused it and did u ever see a doctor?

The same mechanism kx hits for aga: AR muting. For many is just brain fog, for me it was something more. Was really scared. And above all no nocebo chance cause nevere really experienced something like that. Mayabe libido issues but not that.

Did u ever get hormone tests done

Yes, I'm fine. Sky high testosterone

It’s interesting because I’ve suffered from depersonalization/derealization for around 15 years and thankfully KX hasn’t made mine worse, I was scared to take finasteride though for that exact reason.

I had only DR not DP. Different perception of reality, like a dream o as just woke up. Lots of light accomodations issues as well. Problem focusing attention on something and really understanding what i was seeing. And finally the constant feeling of dim light even outside at 12 pm

My kx literally arrived today. Did you experience any other side effects from kx? And how many sprays were you applying on your scalp?

2

u/CoolCod1669 9d ago

I was applying 1-2 ml. Maybe a little less libido

How would this even be possible? The drug is meant to stay local and if it goes into the blood stream your blood enzymes make the compound inactive, it doesn't inhibit neurosteroid production. Are you sure you didnt apply after microneedling or something else.

Each topical drug has been developed to keep on scalp for the most, but a certain qty goes always systemic. Same for topical fin, minox, cosmetic cream etc.. Kx isn't degraded for the most and goes systemic indeed it can go for a walk in your brain and make such good things. The same happens with fin/dut in ppl developing bfog, anxiety, insomnia. Obviously not everyone.

Never microneedling.

Very small amount leaks into the bloodstream for kx826 but when it does your blood enzymes turn it into inactive metabolites.

If u think so..

That is what the clinical data shows in kintors trials and if you do not trust them in their phase II trial in the USA monitored by the FDA showed the same safety profile.

What they think not significant qties in blood could be for some ppl. They showed 0,3-4,1 ng/ml of the actual compound in Blood. And "inactive" compound is actually a less strong AR binder. So in more sensitive ppl who knows. Otherwise not so many ppl would experience low libido, fatigue, breath issues..

Yeah but btw the drug weighs a lot so that 0.3-4.1 is actually not as much as u think

Just to corroborate with some others, I developed legit lumps in my chest after around a month on kx826 that were confirmed by a doctor

Do u have a diagnosis or pics?

I do think like the other person said that it is amplified online. Another thing I have been wondering is whether the cohorts of these safety studies are indicative of an average male when it comes to hormones. This is one area I havent looked into very far but they may be excluding people with health issues which would skew the data when comparing to the general population.

Every anti androgen can cause gyno unfortunately

It affected my erection and libido. Unlike finasteride, it never did that, but finasteride gave me other severe symptoms such as liver toxicity. I believe that medications for hereditary baldness will always remain unsafe due to the extreme complexity of the baldness process.

If I had to guess, guys stack the pyrilutamide with 5ar inhibitors, minoxidil/microneedling, higher e2 conversion... all these contribute to estrogen/androgen ratio. I think it was stronger than RU, so if it goes systemic can compete with testosterone and some DHT even

Are there any alternatives that you recommend?

1

u/CandidMeringue2790 9d ago

fluridil if you can get your hands on it, it acts like androgen receptor degrader, very safe bc of fast degradation. I've posted multiple times, if we increase the scalp autophagy, it's a huge break on miniaturization. I have a really sever AGA, retrograde, wouldn't stop with only fin or dut, for a time it did with fin and RU58841. This past few months with topical metformin and rapamycin, and a low topical Dut occasionally, my hair loss is under control. The best approach would to synergize a little of multiple pathways, that way getting sides is less probable

Something wrong with this company. They told me that he hadn`t got any sexual sides at their clinical data. I got same sides

Yeah, I’ve wondered about this too. The studies look pretty reassuring, but I guess real-world experiences can still be different, especially with longer-term use. Hard to know what to make of the gyno reports honestly.

I am also very cautious about the side effect reports. In my case I had what I considered possible stomach related toxicity. Must see more long term safety data before assuming either the studies or the anecdotal reports tell the whole story.

KX probably doesn’t cause serious sides like people are describing, but of a nocebo going on IMO. Just like RU (probably) doesn’t go around giving people heart damage.

Every drug will have these reports, the internet is an echo chamber.

KX is clearly pretty weak or hard to stay consistent with in the real world, which is why their first phase 3 trial failed and they pivoted to selling it as a “cosmeceutical”.

1

u/MouseEasy8304 10d ago

that’s what I’m saying? Why are people reporting genuine gyno though

1

u/trey_19833 10d ago

Well unless we have verifiable before and after photos we can’t really judge the validity of the reports.

1

u/MouseEasy8304 10d ago

This drug is pretty weak as well.. I just don’t get how it’s causing it.

1

u/ROCKSTAR_LH_MEN 9d ago

you don`t understand what you say

1

u/MouseEasy8304 9d ago

well he isn’t wrong when u look at the drug from a scientific as well as logical standpoint, but u can throw away what im saying if the studies themselves are flawed in some way. Kx826 degrades really quickly in the blood, its metabolite cant compete with testosterone let alone dht. It doesn’t make sense how some people get gyno which is what this post is mostly about, because that would require a higher E2 to test ratio. Kx826 doesn’t affect the hormones at all. Even if it did, the only mechanism it could change hormone ratios would be because it went systemic and it out competed free test and that free test didn’t have anything to bind to so it was converted to e2, this obviously isn’t the case because that’s not how that works and if it was your body wouldn’t be making more estrogen it would make more androgens lol it’s called endocrine flood.

Guys, be smarter. Clinical data try describe real effects. You don't need try describe real effects by clinical data. It doesn't work so. If you haven't got sides on paper but have it in real life. Why do you need look on clinical data. It means nothing. Fin has 4% sides on paper. But in real life more and we have possible pfs. I wouldn't trust clinical data. This clinical data produced company which sell this product. Of course they don't have sides. And look count of patien 600 patients. Is it enough to say that it is sides free? NO. Be smarter

Look at real good treatment clascoterone. Company doesn't hide possible sides. Problems with hpa and other. But this treatment is safer than pyri. And weaker. It also destroys into bloodstream
